Isabella holds a M.Sc. in Environmental and Land Planning Engineering (Polytechnic of Milan, 2013) and  she joined ECMWF in 2018.

Since 2022 she is the Head of Programme Contract Management, leading a team which is responsible to support the implementation of the services entrusted by the European Commission to ECMWF in the context of Copernicus and Destination Earth Programmes by negotiating contracts with third parties ensuring the best value for money, and managing the lifecycle of these contracts guaranteeing a proper budget execution and collaboration with all stakeholders.
