Section Previous Section 8.5 CodeThe calculations for methane oxidation and photolysis of water vapour are performed in subroutine METHOX. This routine calculates the tendency of water vapour due to methane oxidation and due to photolysis following (8.8). The order of the calculations is as follows:
The setup of the constants used in METHOX is performed in SUMETHOX which is called from SUPHEC. The constants are kept in module YOEMETH. The controlling switch for the methane oxidation is LEMETHOX which is part of namelist NAEPHY. Next Section Previous Section |
