For each observation type/parameter the average number of reports received per day is displayed in boxes of 5 degrees square. The numbers plotted are the nearest integer values - e.g. if 40 reports were received during the month then the average daily value plotted will be 1. If the average number is greater than 1000 then 999 will be plotted. If the average number is less than 0.5 then the digit 0 will be plotted. If no observations were received then the box will be left blank.
