The ordering procedure is divided into the following 5 steps:
STEP 1 : Make your selection
STEP 2 : View the cost of your current requestOnce you have completed your selection, the application will provide you with a cost indication for your current request.If satisfactory, add this request to your shopping cart; if not, try another selection. Please note that your "Shopping Cart" may contain more than 1 request. STEP 3 : View your "Shopping Cart"Review the total charges and the descriptions of all the selected requests so far and Submit your shopping cart. STEP 4 : Insert your "Personal details"At this stage you will be asked to fill in a "Personal Details" form. Please fill in this form as completely as possible, so that we can deal with your order efficiently. STEP 5: Submit your "Shopping Cart"Please check that the information that you have given is correct and submit your "Shopping Cart". You will then automatically receive an email acknowledgment of your request. Confirmation and final submissionWithin a short time of the acknowledgment we will send you an e-mail confirming the cost.This e-mail will also have a PDF file attached with the forms that you must complete, sign and return to us by Post or Fax . This completes the ordering process. Your order will be sent to you at the address you have provided, once payment has been received and cleared.
