- fields
are monthly means of forecasts with steps 0 and 6 from base times 0000, 0600,
1200 and 1800 UTC each day; forecasts from base times 0000 and 1200 UTC also have
steps 12, 18 and 24;
- monthly means of daily means are also available for
time 1800 UTC and step 6;
