Description:
- period supported - December 1978 to February 1994;
- fields are uninitialised or initialised analyses for 0000, 0600, 1200 and 1800 UTC each day or monthly means of daily means for time 0000 UTC;
- each parameter at each level is stored as a field of spherical harmonic coefficients.
Levels available are:

1000, 925, 850, 775, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 250, 200, 150, 100, 70, 50, 30 and 10 hPa. |
Fields available are:
|
geopotential, temperature, vorticity, divergence, vertical velocity, u- and v-components of horizontal wind and relative humidity at each level. |
