Overview

The objective of this course is to assist Member States and Co-operating States in advanced training on the operational aspects of the ECMWF forecasting system.

The course will be given twice in 2009, plus an additional module specifically for WMO Member States.

Requirements

Students attending the course should have a good meteorological background, and are expected to have practical experience in weather forecasting.

All the lectures will be given in English.
