Background
ECMWF organizes annually a meeting of Security Representatives. Each
Member State and Co-operating State is asked to appoint a 'Security Representative'.
The purpose of the Security Representatives' meetings is
- to review the status of the security arrangements at ECMWF and in
each Member State and Co-operating State and to discuss planned development.
- to provide a forum where views and experiences are exchanged between
ECMWF and the Member States and Co-operating States.

The next meeting will be held on 21 - 22 May 2012.
