Progress Report:

The scientific work on the "Analysis of precipitation in the Northern Peruvian Andes" is scheduled to start in autumn 2004. So far, preparatory work has been carried out. An account at the ECMWF has been set up by the ECMWF computing representatives. Furthermore, a local workstation has been installed and configured to smoothly co-operate with the ECMWF facilities.
